The NDOT video proxy server is an RTSP proxy that can read a configuration from an associated IRIS server or from a text file. Performance is largely determined by the single-thread performance of the host CPU. As of Dec 2020, up to 75 continuous streams appeared to work well, with subsequent added streams degrading performance
