What went well

• Reid started to look at Bootstrap
• We got a shipable product completed
• There were few problems getting our architecture running
• The front end ecosystem is set up for success
• The flowchart view was written to be scalable

What needs improvement

• Communication
  • Email - few responses to emails between the team
  • Github - little feedback on pull requests, issues, etc.
• Proactive work
  • Less procrastinating
  • Allow more time for work, which allows more time for help

Actionables

• Respond to every email
• Use Github for issues with code
• Commit often
  • Instead of keeping problems to yourself, commit code so others can help out
