What did we do today

Website:

Created the structure for the website
Reviewed and migrated content created last year
Created FAQ content
Updated LinkedIn page with new logo
CREATED A FUNCTIONING WEBSITE 🤯🤯🤯 Link: Website page

Onboarding:

Used real-life experience from current JSPs to improve onboarding processes
Completed high-level process map for onboarding for JSPs (Junior Salesforce Professionals), Technical Coaches (TCs) and Non-Profits
Flow Automation: email notification on creation of new project to all TC contacts with status AVAILABLE or ASSIGNED (passed QA on sandbox)
Email acknowledgement template for JSP with updated Trailhead resources
Email templates for Non Profits on form submission and when project match is found
Created project summary template that can be used by JSPs at offboarding to feature on their linkedin profile
Offboarding questions for JSPs

Videos:

Team planned and wrote script
recorded 134 (!!!!) short videos based on script

Installed PDF Butler and Form Butler in orgs (details below)
Set up Lead Process
Created fields on Lead to populate with the forms
Started configuring sign up form

WHAT DO WE WANT TO DO NEXT TIME: Website: Include KPI measurements on the website as a marketing tool. Use the process maps to create a project checklist for each persona to put on the website. Collate and add links to useful resources for each persona to the website. Salesforce org: Review and implement the org backlog that was created from this sprint. Continued automations and notifications for new mentors & junior professionals. (YES PLEASE 💃🏻) Establish a lead conversion process in the Salesforce org. Getting fuller data into the Salesforce org. Forms: Create KPIs around form submissions. Building out the forms and linking into the website.
