The Steering Committee met online do some work on a few outstanding items. In attendance: Silvia Denaro, Vicki Moritz-Henry, Lawrence Newcombe. Met with: Louise Lockie, Zoe Norford and Sergio Peschiera.

What we did on the day:

Web to lead form testing

Objective: Status update for the web-to-lead form and test. If web-to-lead form passes UAT, deploy to prod and link to the website.

  • Web to lead form: Zoe to send us what she sent to Sergio. Remember there are a few fields that need deploying before web-to-lead can go live on live org (Form HTML: https://salesforce-external.slack.com/files/U01QRJPRH9P/F09UJ2MF3NC/ttcwebtolead.html?origin_channel=C071MJWK42G)
  • TASK: To review the website to decide where to add web-to-lead form
  • Fields on the web to lead at the moment: Standard fields: First name, last name, email, phone, Country Custom fields: Company name, Job role, Motivation for volunteering, non-profit or charity experience, mentoring experience, salesforce experience, salesforce certifications (some of the values are missing) , salesforce role, salesforce product supported, trailhead profile link, linkedin profile link, commitment, availability to start date, availability end date.

UAT of solution in Sandbox and data in the prod

Objective: Test the flows that were built in the sandbox environment. If the flows pass UAT, deploy to production.

  • Check membership to relevant Slack channels for steering committee members
