Contributions (Milestone 2)

Victor Mendes: Created state machine diagram for admin, activity diagram for triage, swim lane activity diagram for triage, create account and login sequence diagrams.

Jacob Arychuk: Created deployment diagram, state machine diagrams for the doctor and account management, sequence diagram for support tickets, and the class diagram.

Simran Cheema: Created all DFD diagrams, a state machine diagram for the patient, a Component Diagram, and worked on milestone goals/accomplishments in the Incremental Construction page.

Reid Williamson: Created most sequence diagrams, updated/proofed all sequence diagrams, created collaboration diagrams, and created nurse state machine diagram.

Matt Halkovic: Created EMT state machine diagram and entity relationship diagram. Set up the react project available in Github which will be used for the development of this application. Created landing, login, create account, and home pages so far for this milestone.
