Structure of Plan

• Each date contains what needs to be done
• Each item to be done has an assigned member
• Each item may contain a backup plan in case a deadline is missed

Saturday, November 9th:

Cameron finishes setting up functional database IF DEADLINE IS MISSED: Myfanwy will set up database on Sunday, November 9th.

Tuesday, November 12th:

SAD deadline

1. Documentation Roadmap and Overview - Kaitlyn
2. Architecture Background -Myfanwy (partially complete!)

4. Mapping Between Views-treesa (TBD if correct)

7. Reviews One of Treesa & Cameron please claim Mapping between views, other please help where needed (members needing help please ask in Discord)

IF DEADLINE MISSED: assigned member MUST finish by deadline so we can review each others work. Members missing deadlines may not get review help before sharing with other groups on November 19th, 20th, and 22nd.

Tuesday, November 19th:

All functionality relating to the database (other than complete login) must be finished by this date. We have given 9 days between Database completion deadline and this deadline, and a full week between SAD deadline and this deadline. Each member is responsible for their own pages database functionality, as completed in Milestones 2 & 3. Please update the Discord groupchat once your pages completely work with the DB. They will then be locked behind a logged in condition.

Your page should:

• send data to DB (such as inputted symptoms, new prescriptions, etc)
• retrieve data from DB (such as patient inputted symptoms)
• not worry about logged in data yet (Myfanwy to be done, will complete as pages complete work, to make testing simpler. Pages will need to be re-tested once login functionality is complete)

Tuesday, November 26th

• All diagrams must be updated (responsibility TBD)
• errors in code and functionality must be fixed by Nov 26 (ie overflow from last deadline)
• all appropriate pages must be locked behind login (Myfanwy's problem)
• Mister ED should be hosted, functional, and wiki must be complete and organized

Saturday, December 1st

Entire project deadline!! EVERYTHING must be done by now!! We will aim for Nov 26, but this gives us 5 extra days of wiggle room in order to ensure we stay AHEAD of deadlines
