Name: Heather Age: 25 Occupation: Business Grad Student

Background: Heather is an ambitious young lady who recently completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance. She had originally planned on immediately entering the workforce after graduation, but realized the job market is fiercely competitive right now. Being resourceful and not one to give up on success, Heather researched some ways to bolster her resume and she decided some volunteer service as a mentor would make her stand out from the crowd. Heather is good with kids, as she used to babysit in high school and spends a lot of time with her nieces and nephews when she has free time. Heather is also good with computers, and took a few classes on some specific software platforms in her undergraduate program. One thing that thoroughly bothers Heather though, is bad organization. Heather wants easy access to a calendar for scheduling meetings, and would like it even more if she could sync that calendar with her personal one with ease. At the end of the day, Heather is satisfied with a program that's clean, organized, and professional looking. Computer Use: Heather is very familiar with most available software used in a business environment due to her recent graduation. She also keeps up with current technological trends and uses a multitude of mobile apps for networking purposes.

Reporting: Heather uses her calendar, creating resumes and sending them out.

Goals: Heather would like to become employed for a Fortune 500 company and make a series of wise investment choices. Heather would also like to get married and have a family of her own one day due to her love of children.
