Michael Pinto is a 33-year-old man who is extremely busy. He is married to his wife Julia and together they have a total of 5 children, a set of 9-year-old twins and a set of 7-year-old triplets. Michael knows that having 5 children, especially so close in age, is going to be very expensive when it comes time for them to go to college. In an effort to save up a lot of money now, Michael currently works two jobs, one as a full-time accountant from 9-5 and another as a restaurant server from 6-11. His wife is also very busy with her own full-time job at a local news station while the kids are in school, and driving the kids around to sports practices and other activities at night. The Pintos also have two dogs.

Even though they have a lot of money coming in, in an effort to save money for down the road, the Pintos are fairly cheap. Michael often tries to forgo paying for expensive services for lawn care, petsitting, or grocery delivering by finding cheaper alternatives (usually doing it himself). The only free time that Michael usually has are weekends, but he likes to spend that time doing fun activities with his family given that he has such little time with them during the week.

Goals: Michael wants to be able to find a cheaper alternative to mow his lawn, walk/watch his dogs occasionally, and pick up groceries for his family. He knows that more formal services exist for these tasks but he wants to find a cheaper alternative that has a lot of scheduling flexibility. He hears about the WorkAnyPlace app and loves the idea of being able to post jobs at his convenience and set the payout rate himself. He also likes that most of the workers on WorkAnyPlace are using it as a side source of income so the usual rates are lower than companies specific to these services.
