Sally is a 21 year old server who is currently in her last year of university persuing a degree in hospitality. She has two parents who both work in the technology industry so she is very comfortable using various forms of it. She also has a younger brother who works at the restaurant she works at.

Sally has been working in the food service industry for five years in some capacity and has been looking for an app that would allow her to better manage her section of the restaurant when it gets busy.

GOALS: Being able to better see what tables need to be closed out or checked up on given how long they have been there or waiting.
