Randall Thomas is a 34 year old host who has been a part of the restaurant industry for over a decade. He is married with one son. He is the middle class income bracket and started working in food service after dropping out of college. Randall enjoys his job as a host and has seen how difficult seating can be at a busy restaurant without the aid of technology. While he is not very good at using phones and computers, he has a smartphone and can use basic functionality such as checking email, tecting, and common applications. He has been hoping for an app to come out to allow hiim to better seat guests and keep track of what tables are in use.

GOALS: Learn to make seating at his restaurant more efficient and have more logistics available for each table.
