Story: Twenty year old Josh Young is an aspiring artist who works part time as a cashier while working on his art degree. Josh lives at home with his grandma who he is the caretaker of. Joshs’ grandma is highly at risk for viral diseases. During times of peak demand at the store, Josh may have to work longer hours than usual. When Josh has to work more hours, he has less time to dedicate to his school work.
Goals: Minimize contact with customers to mitigate virus risk, work the same hours regardless of store demand, spend less time behind the checkout counter.
