22-year-old Beth is a Ph.D. student this year, working with her professor on research for funding. She is living in an off-campus apartment with a group of friends are also getting their doctorate degree. Because they all have very different and busy schedules, Beth and her roommates would like to add all of their schedules to a collaborative calendar so they know each other's availability.
