Description of the problem
The problem that we found is in queues in restaurants, commerce shops, pharmacies, etc. Queues could be boring, longer, and frustrating for some users, also the wasting on time in queues could be used in a better way. In this moment doesn't exists a technological tool that could help in this problem, and the only alternative is to place in the queue standing waiting the necessary time to get into the queue.
Also, one related problem is that before to arrive to the restaurant/shop, we don't know if this has a long queue, and we can't plan our time for this.
Description of the solution
That is the point in where our solution will be help: to start we want to help in this queue process adding a new application, the QueueHub, this application will be useful because you can enter to a virtual queue that represents the real queue in a restaurant/shop and immediately you will know the estimated waiting time, how many people are front of you in the queue and your position.
This app will be useful to planning better the time, you will know how many people are in the queue before you arrive, you can get into the queue and make a better use of his death time while you wait.
The application will get data about use and this data will be useful knowledge about commerce movements, places with a lot of customers. This knowledge will be useful at the time to take decisions for the business.
By virtualizying the reservation process, it allows users to manage their wait times more effectively. This app eliminates the need for physical presence in queues, enabling users to enter the line remotely and reducing the stress of waiting in crowded environments.
The app offers a range of features to enhance the user experience and improve queue management. It includes a robust login system that maintains user information across devices and dynamically calculates average wait times for different companies. Users receive reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications when their turn is approaching. Revenue model
The revenue model of our proposed solution consists of a subscription model such as Software as a Service (SaaS) and data monetization.
In the first model, we offer different plans depending on the business requirements. For example, we will think about offering a basic level with the possibility to make use of a certain number of turns for their customers. Another level could use a higher number of turns and the feature of getting insights directly from the application. The final level could use an unlimited number of turns and could get additional information and insights from the application. These subscriptions could be monthly and yearly.
The second model, data monetization, involves collecting anonymous user data, such as patterns of use, places that customers frequent and queue, how long customers spend in a particular queue, and ratings of different places. This data and information can be useful for various companies that want to improve their customer service. Obviously, the user will be informed about the data collected.
Value proposal
