The first group includes those people who can easily access technology and want to use the app. These people want to do something more productive while waiting for their turn.

• Second Persona:

The second group includes those people who can't easily access technology and want to join the queue. The limitations could be related to technology, as well as those who don't want to download or use the app.

Analytics persona

This persona represents people who want to gain knowledge about commerce. They want to make decisions based on this knowledge to improve their efficiency and attract more clients. This persona is represented by Carlos Perez, a Market Analyst who wants to make decisions about promotion campaigns to attract more customers to his company.
