Value proposal

Our virtual queue application offers a unique service that solves the problem of long and inefficient physical lines by allowing people to better manage the time they would spend waiting in line through the implementation of an intuitive and self-explanatory system for remote queuing. By enabling users to join a waiting list for an establishment while ensuring their spot, users will have the ability to plan their time more efficiently by knowing when they can visit the desired establishment without worries. Additionally, users can access the service without concerns as they will be notified of their turn, regardless of the conditions they are in (in offline, dark or crowded places).

Precisely, we offer an effective way to secure a spot at the desired establishment, at the same time we also provide the additional benefit of:

  • Optimize Time: Our solution offers a unique service that provides an estimated waiting time, allowing users to plan their time and use it appropriately.

  • Avoid Stressful Situations: Since this app manages the queue, users can avoid crowds and the stress of standing by deciding from where and how they will spend their waiting time.

  • Service Assurance: As the app provides accurate information about the availability of services, users can ensure that they will receive the services without risking time loss by going and not being served.

How do the smart features help to generate value?

Our app implements some smart features such as giving the user the approximate wait time, giving the business the option to see how their users feel while waiting in line, and providing recommendations for places based on wait time. These smart features create value for users and businesses. Users could make better use of their time by knowing which are the best places with less wait time and how long the queue is. Also, businesses, by knowing the users’ feelings, could make decisions to provide better service.

How do the CAS features help to generate value?

After analyzing in deep our proposal application, we have 2 different CAS features and that is the way to each one of those generate value:

  • The first one is just offering the stores near to the user, we want to avoid lot of information which is useless for the user because the desired shops are near to their localization, our app allows an easy and intuitive way to reserve a spot in that stores which are enough close to user's current location. This also will be helpful to control the maximum distance in which a user can reserve a position, because that allows to avoid unused reservations occasioned for user that can't go to the shop at time because their reservations were from a long distance. This CAS feature helps to optimize the time for people in the queue and also helps to take control of service assurance.

  • The second one is just offering the stores that are open in certain hours, that will be possible because the application will be conscious of the current time, and that allows take control of whose shops are open in these hours in order to avoid offer not open stores in the current time. This CAS feature is useful because the user every time will be know what are the possible shops that he can go, without spend time in search if an store is really open. That optimize the user time and enhance their experience in the app.
