• Problem: The problem is the time while people are waiting in the queue could be used in a better way, but they don't try to do this because they will be losing their position in the queue.
• Alternative: There are two different alternatives: wait in the line and refused to use in a better way the time, and other is ask to the person that are behind of you in the queue if could save your turn. It depends on the person behind you, and if you have miss fortune, you arrive back to the place and your turn was lost.
• Solution: The solution is provided by QueueHub, that app will virtualize the queue and say you the estimated waiting time, the users front of you, etc. With this solution you will make a better use of your time.

• Problem: The problem is the people don't know how many time will be waiting for their turn, and this will stressed that people because they could have limited time.
• Alternative: There are no alternative to know how long will be the time that you will be waiting in the line, one solution could calculate based on experience in past queues how many long will be, but it is not safe and really don't help a lot.

• Problem: The problem is that the people in normal queues sometimes cut in the line because that queue doesn't have any control.
• Alternative: The alternative could be divided in two ways: one for the restaurant and is to put a security guard in the queue controlling that, but it could be expensive, and sometimes the security guard could be distracted, and people can cut the line; the other way falls in people in the queue, people can keep an eye on the line so that no one cuts the line.

• Alternative: The alternative is to hire a person that will be in the line and in the restaurant/shop taking statistics, take insightful data, and other person to clean that information and turn in knowledge. The data could be biased or don't be truly because have human errors. And that is expensive because you need to hire new personal.
• Solution: The solution is the analytics engine of QueueHub, the users will agree their use of data, with that data we will transform that in information that could be helpful for decisions takers. Customers' needs to arrive to the place to know how many people are waiting in the queue and sometimes know that information before to arrive to the place could be helpful to decide where going.
• Alternative: There are no alternative for that problem, people need to arrive to the place to know that information. However, if the people have a friend in the queue could be ask them in order to know, but it is not the majority of the cases.
• Solution: The solution is the remote way to get into the queue that have QueueHub. The application let you to get into a queue before arriving to the place if you are enough closer. This helps you to saving time get into queue before arriving. In the queue information will display the amount of people on the queue, the estimated waiting time, etc,

• Problem: The problem is that people don't know where going based on their time, that could force customers to get into a restaurant/shop that they don't know and get bad experiences. They don't have information about the quality of restaurants near to them. They need to know what restaurants/shops could be a good option to arrive based on their time and the restaurant/shop reviews.
• Alternative: The alternative is seeing Google Reviews, and past knowledge based on their own experiences in those restaurants/shops, also could go to a place without know that information and that could be get into a bad experience.
• Solution: The solution is the engine of QueueHub that recommend you the places that you can going based on you estimated waiting time disponible, you will also get information about reviews of the restaurants that are placed in out application.
