We are emphatizying with a medicine student called Maria Eslava.

Maria Eslava is a young woman who works at a hospital while studying. She always finishes work at the same time and has exactly 2 hours for lunch. During this break, she consistently goes to nearby restaurants, but since the hospital attracts a lot of people, these establishments tend to be crowded. The situation we’re going to analyze is when she is waiting in line to enter one of these places.

We are emphatizying with a systems computer student called David Cuevas.

David Cuevas is a young man who studies in Universidad de los Andes. He wants to get the passport and in one hour and a half he has class of Linear Algebra. He is standing in the queue while wait for his turn.

We are emphatizying with a nutritionist called Paola Ortega.

Paola Ortega is a young woman who graduated as a nutritionist. She, like many other people, has felt discomfort and stress when waiting in lines. Usually, she has to go to the EPS to claim medicines for her relatives. To do this, she follows a routine in which she wakes up very early, prepares the pertinent documentation and goes to the EPS. This is because she knows that this process can take a long time.
