Brainstorming Process

To start our brainstorming process, we first had to know the problem and the people who suffer from it. That is, to thoroughly understand the perspective of the people involved in the area of ​​opportunity we are exploring, a process called empathy. To do this, an interview was conducted, and other artifacts such as empathy and person maps were used.

Once we had the information mentioned above, we carried out a divergence process, without putting limits on the ideas. After that, we carried out a convergence process through voting and categorizing the ideas, in the long shot, the darling, the rational choice and the most likely to delight.
