Issue: Teredo Tunneling Adapter does not start

Solution:

1. Go to Start > Regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > services > TCPIP6 > Parameters
2. Right Click on DisableComponent > Modify
3. Apply 0 to Value data
4. Click OK
5. Restart Computer
