Need statement:

Design a Semi-automatic portable Stamping Machine, That can be turned on/off using main switches. The machine should design in such a way that its dimensions should not exceed 2*2 feet and its weight should be approximately 3000 grams. The machine should rum atleast 10-12 months and should not cost more than 4000 rupees. It should stamp the papers by collecting the ink from the ink pad and pass the paper through the conveyer belt after printing. The machine must be user friendly.
