Torque=force × perpendicular distance
Mass= distance × volume
Density of acrylic sheet is 1200
Total volume= 2.68+11.46×4+25.94 =89.73
Mass=1200×89.73 =0.107676kg
T= F × R = 0.107676×9800×0.27 =26.6~ (26r) =28 * 1.2 =31.2kg-cm ~ (30rpm)
