Torque=force × perpendicular distance

Mass= distance × volume

Density of acrylic sheet is 1200

Total volume= 2.68+11.46×4+25.94 =89.73

Mass=1200×89.73 =0.107676kg

T= F × R = 0.107676×9800×0.27 =26.6~ (26r) =28 * 1.2 =31.2kg-cm ~ (30rpm)

Then the speed required motor is 30rpm

Mass=density*volume

Mass=0.00118* 715.62

Mass=0.8444kg

Force=mass* acceleration due to gravity

Force=0.8334*9.8

Force=8.2757N

Torque=force* perpendicular distance *co-efficient factor

Torque=8.167* 0.2* 1.2

Torque= 1.9kg-cm (~2)

Then the speed of the required motor is 60rpm
