PERTINENT INFORMATION

The wire cutting machine works by sending a current between the wire and the workpiece. Automatic Wire Cutting System” provides high level of accuracy and cutting of wires that are present in the market. Thus due to this the efficiency of production is increased. This system gives cuts the wire . The circuit complexity is reduced in this system. As the complexity in the circuit is reduced, it is easy to understand. The main advantage of this system is that the accuracy is increased and the required result is obtained in very less time. The time required to cut wires is less compared to the manual cutting of wires. Due to simple hardware it is handy for the people. As the price of the project is not high, it is economically affordable to common people and has been successfully implemented in the industry

we use DC motors ,servo motors and the mechanism used is wire cutting mechanism ,here the wire stripper is used for the cutting of wire . Advantages:

  • Simple in designing.
  • The problem of labours can be reduced.
  • Budget friendly.
  • Maintenance cost is less.
  • User friendly : any unknown person can easily understand the working process.

WORKING PROCESS:

Let us consider a wire , which has to be cut into several pieces . The model is turned on , the current is passed to the 12V adapter and then it passes through Arduino . Arduino provides the signals to the model . it receives the signal coming from the Arduino and it proceeds according to the code . Here the DC motor is used to bring the wire to the platform and the Servo motor is used to pull the string , which is tagged to the wire stripper .So the Wire is been bought by DC motor to the platform and the Servo motor pulls the string and thus the wire stripper cuts the wire.
