The cleaner must be ready by the last week of February 2023, clean a board of 2 feet by 2 feet, run on battery power for at least 4 hours, and clean the entire board in 10 seconds at a time. The cleaner must include a provision to choose a specific area of the board to be cleaned, a liquid dispenser to clean and must use alarms or buzzers to signal the completion of each phase from beginning to conclusion.
