MOTOR SIZING

For our course project 1 DC geared motor is required.

T= Fr Load Torque in N-m (convert it into kg-cm)

V=68.550x10^-6

m=mass(64.437 x 10^-3)**

g= acceleration due to gravity (9.8)

F=mg (0.6443)

T= Load Torque in kg-cm (1.9331 approximately 2)

We know Factor of safety = 3

0.3x3=0.9A 0.17x3=0.51A

THEREFORE, 5A ADAPTER CAN BE USED FOR 12V POWER SUPPLY AND 5A ADAPTER FOR 5V POWER SUPPLY
