differences in the team:

Our team includes married and single students. Two of the team members work at intel in different teams -therefore they have experience.The rest of the team doesn't have job experience.

our clients:

Tehila M.- owner of a Cosmetic Institute in Jerusalem and Beitar Ilit, as for today,she manages her Cosmetic Institute using telephone, whats-app,etc. she accompanies this project,and we will meet her and plan the requirements of the application. there is another potential customer that has Cosmetic Institute in Jerusalem,(we are working on it).
other than that- there is another customers... the patients who take the most convenient treatment

Team values:

Responsibility - Every member of the group needs to feel responsible for the success of the project.
Any task would be finished until the deadline, as part of scheduling.
Listening and Support- Every member of the group needs to listen to each other, to be tolerant and to keep an open mind.
Every member of the group will support and help the other members to reach the project's goal.
