royalkingkb was a developer and administrator on Ruinscraft and worked on the server for over 10 years. He also worked on the creation of Steve Cinema and the Cinema mod, which allows users to watch YouTube videos from within Minecraft.

The End of Ruinscraft

On November 15th, 2021, Ruinscaft Owner dukesmart wrote about the end of Ruinscraft and MCAtlas. In his statement he wrote that Steve Cinema will be shutting down with it, but noted the following:

"@royalkingkb will likely continue development of the Cinema mod on his own time (just the code, not the server)."

With the end of Ruinscraft, royalkingkb will inevitably move onto other projects (if he has not already), though it seems his work on Minecraft and modding is not over.
