oBillions was a shop owner who played in January and February 2020. His shop was pretty successful, as he had almost any type of block. He also made and contributed to many highways that connected warszawa to close towns. This made him well known in the community. But in late February, he was hacked. He didn't come back till early august as a new account know as "TopDuckGaming." He shortly got his shop back and is richer then ever. Slowly he is turning back into oBillions as he changed his skin.

Other information: TopDuck (oBillions) owns over 20 vote heads, 10 player heads, 2 eytra, 9 shulker boxs, and 5 dragon eggs. He is the leader of the Duck Gang, a peaceful group who helps in the community but can be shown as violent to enemys and predators. Has 3 bases for his shop. Sand farm, Terracotta farm, and the TopDuck Rush Mine. He is the only landlord in warszawa.

Future Plans oBillions will make a new town just for his store and Make a vending machine
