Introduction

Tianjing is a town situated in the most prosperous and richest area of China around the fertile land that the Yangtze river crosses. A land that was for most of it's history unoccupied as towns prefered the Chinese coastlines or other rivers. It was founded on the destroyed ruins of an old city that once inhabited the area, the city of Nanjing which was entirely destroyed to make room for the new Imperial City of Tianjing.

Iterations

The city of Tianjing present nowadays is in fact the "second" city of Tianjing which has been created on the 17th of January 2021 by FrenchieCB. The first city of Tianjing was also created by FrenchieCB on the 28th of June 2020 after she left the city of Garoua. The town was disbanded due to the immense cost in term of golds and time that it's continuation needed, and overall the fact that it was slowly becoming inactive due to the end of the 1st coronavirus pandemic.

History

The First Tianjing

Founded on the 28th of june 2020, after a week of planning and preparation to clean the ruins and pick the best spot around the yangtze river, Tianjing wasn't supposed to grow up as one of the largest, richest and most carefully planned city in the entire Asian continent. The first idea of Tianjing within Frenchie's mind was to simply create a sort of "Wazsawa of the East" where inhabitants would build their own houses in a sort of Asian architectural style while she would concentrate on major builds. The idea was quickly proven to be unfeasable as Asian Architecture required blocks and ressources common players could not acquire immediately, this resulted in the first bunch of houses being very ugly and not fit for an asian style town.

So Frenchie realised that if she wanted to leave a mark on the server, and most importantly, create a city that the world would envy, she would have to build it entirely by herself, and so she did. The "First Tianjing Era" is the time when most of the "important" builds were made:

• The elysian Avenue", which takes 1m30 to cross without speed 2 from the "Elysian Palace" to the "Royal Palace"
• The "Elysian Palace" in the center of tianjing serving for the moment as a Spawn point
• The "Heavenly Palace" at the extremity of the avenue, the 4 houses were built during the first era, the rest was built after
• The Tianjing's Laboratory which was destroyed during the second era as a part of the expansion of the Heavenly Palace Plans
• The Tianjing's shrine, still present after all that time

All of this was built in a few months, with the help of very few people such as Oraculium or Sivankar, the city peaked at 40 inhabitants and was the second largest Asian town just before Sarawak, having claimed all of the Land of the Second Tianjing + the city of Shanghai.

Hoewever the town was deleted around novemember/december 2020 as Frenchie would fall bored of the towns and it's inactivity.

The Second Tianjing

Founded again on the 17th of January 2021, Tianjing wouldn't have been seen again for a long time if the "Northern France-England City Megaproject" hadn't fail as Crowblers, Frenchie and Jefftser1235 got all bored as the unfeasability of such project started to show itself. The initial weeks were dedicated to the reconstruction of the old tianjing and the reclaiming of the direct area on which Tianjing had been built upon. Nothing much happened for a few months as school started again and Frenchie simply didn't have time to continue it's construction. Hoewever during the start of May and June 2021, Frenchie found the determination and courage to continue it's construction and started to expand the city once again:

• The Heavenly Palace was reconstructed and renovated
• A lake was terraformed around the western part of the Avenue to provide the inhabitants with some nature
• Embassies were built around the Palace
• Farms were built around the Palace (a villager and a sugar farm)
• A bigger house was created and a small park near it, supposed to represent a form of "change" from the typical one plot small house
• The Imperial Palace started to be continued, and Frenchie is now waiting to get to 30 residents to continue it's construction. If it ever sees the light of the day, the entire Heavenly Palace would be the biggest megaproject ever built on the server, surpassing towns such as Florennes or Boulder
• The Shopping area, still under construction

Conclusion

Tianjing has yet to achieve it's very first goal of becoming a "world city" such as Sarawak or Warszawa, hoewever it has for sure marked the server's history and was even featured in the 2021 2 years anniversay Powder Hunt as the 23rd clue
