I have a vested interest in preserving what I experience online. Ruinscraft happened to play a huge role during my time with Minecraft, and I want to be able to remember that for as long as I possibly can. When Ruinscraft was closing down, there was a rush to preserve all books, maps, and artifacts contained in MCATLAS. People were even rushing to download and save as many towns as they could. Although the server might be gone, we still have the Discord, Wiki, and of course the Forums. It was announced back in December 2021 by one of the staff that the Ruinscraft website would remain open for around a year, but it would eventually close down. I've spent quite some time on the Ruinscraft forums whether it was interacting with others or making my own posts. Sometimes I'd be sitting in front of my computer for hours typing dozens of paragraphs on a topic that I wanted to post about. While it is possible I might look back at these posts and cringe about how passionate I was about these things, I still want to preserve it. So, enclosed below you will find every post that I have made on the Ruinscraft forums since my account's creation date, May 14, 2020. Additionally, I encourage anyone reading this to preserve their own forum posts on this Wiki so we won't lose it to the purge. Whether it's your own postings, or famous/infamous threads cemented in the server's history, they are all worth preserving.
