The TabbedFrame is a frame that renders added 'tabs' as chilren, one at a time. The tabs are displayed at the top, and can be navigated via Alt + Arrow Keys, and can also be deleted and added arbitrarily. The rendering is separated into two classes for the two different themes, DefaultTabbedFrame and IntelliJTabbedFrame.
