22-foot timeline of major events in Northwest Kidney Centers’ history

I found this picture online when I was searching for timelines that are already used in museums. I was wondering what the purpose of these timelines was and it was almost always to show visitors the time periods in which a certain event happened. The picture above is the one that I wanted to remake in a visual/interactive way with my concept. It fitted perfect with the concept I had chosen at the end.

These are also pictures that inspired me in a certain way and helped me come up with my design/drawings.

As final inspiration I found an interactive timeline that was already made for a museum. I can maybe get some code examples out of this and use it for my own project. Next to that it is just amazing to see how this works and looks.
