The Orator is a being who lends His voice to those who wish to speak. Whoever desires to be uplifted shall be uplifted by The Orator... if they are willing to listen.

• DECLARE: Unleashes a strong energy wave around the user
• SWEAR: Restores the user's armor and fuel
• ECHO: Creates a barrier that reflects projectile attacks
• DECRY: Creates a barrier that multiplies the user's projectile attacks

SILENCE THEM

The Dictator is a being who lends His voice to those who wish for others to listen. Whoever desires to be protected shall be protected by The Dictator... if they are willing to yell.

• SILENCE: Unleashes a destructive energy wave around the user
• ACCUSE: Unleashes a barrage of projectiles that mysteriously appear around the user
• MANIPULATE: Creates a temporary gravity field that pushes enemy projectiles away
• IGNORE: Makes the user temporarily invulnerable
• DENY: Freezes nearby enemies in time, leaving them completely unable to fight
• CONTROL: Temporarily incites enemies into attacking each other
