Bug Fixes
- fixed a memory leak during fog of war
- fixed game crashing when the ai captures a hq
- fixed map editor not clearing units when loading/changing a map

- fixed a bug happening with 0 fuel leading to infinite movement range
- fixed a bug which refills air/sea units fuel instead of destroying them
