Keep Doing

Communication between the members of the group went really well, we met very regularly and every single day we discussed the project in our discord server. Every Wednesday we met with the PO also so that he can keep track of our progress and can have direct influence in almost every decision, so the communication with the PO went really well as well. Every merge request is reviewed and discussed by two different members of the team.

Start Doing

We need to be a lot more organised in managing the GitLab board of issues, sometimes some issues were being worked on and they were still in the backlog board. The description of the issues needs to be improved as well.

Stop Doing

Writing commit messages with the wrong template. Writing a lot of code without committing for a long time.
