Communication with the PO may not always be the best, since it's his first time helping in this discipline, so weekly meetings with staff and PO are required to establish a strong channel of comunication with the PO, if communication doesn't get better, then immediately report to professor. Other risk is with Intra-group communication and organization failures, which may be caused by the fact that the staff does not know each other well, so daily updates on what each member is doing is a must, this way the staff can keep track of each other and make sure nobody is falling behind.

The application is directly related to some subjects such as: economy, bussiness, stock market, and others, which the staff lack of knowlegde is a risk, therefore some research must be done and, once again, the communication with the PO must be good, because he possess the knowlegde.
