When you kill monsters in maps, you will ocasionally find Uber Boss Fragments.

These fragments can be combined in the normal crafting table to create the Uber Boss Map

Right click it to generate a Playable Map, and insert it normally in the Map Device

This map is special as it will say it Contains the "Realm of" some boss.

You will have to find the portal and slay the boss!

Inside the portal, just right click the altar to start the boss Fight
