You will find altars in some maps. (These might not always spawn)

Right click them.

You will now be able to access the Prophecy Gui inside the MnS-HUB to pick a curse to apply to yourself.

Kill mobs in map while affected by curses to get more Prophecy Coins!

The more curses you have on yourself, the more coins you gain.

At the end, spend your coins on your pick of the rewards inside the Prophecy Gui.
