Doing a planetary body level in a GIS systems seems like a bit more data that you need. However, as it was mentioned in the star system level, we are now considering Moon colonies, Mars settlements, and the mining of asteroids. So it would seem a good idea to put this level in.
Following this level, would be the Earth's continents. And while we do not have but one continent on the Moon, we already have classification of features of the moon, and maps for areas of the moon that are visible. So it's only a matter of time before we start general GIS coding for the moon.
