Exceptions

  • 20man Raids
    • Boss Loot: MasterLoot, Roll MainSpec (+1) > OffSpec.
    • Random Drops: GroupLoot, All Need.
  • 40man Craft Reagents or Rep Turnins (banked)
  • 40man Patterns
    • first drop: given to guild crafter, or highest ranking member with the profession present.
    • subsequent drops: rolled by all member rank and higher that can learn it.
  • Splinter of Atiesh, Bindings of the Windseeker, Eye of Sulfuras
    • Decided by guild leadership.
    • If the member that has prio is not present highest ranking member eligible.
    • Player that is closest to completion has prio over others.
  • Ancient Petrified Leaf, Eye of Divinity, Tome of Tranquilizing Shot
    • Decided by class leader or by mutual agreement
    • Roll
  • Heads, Hearts or other items that double as Item rewards and Consumables
    • Role priority (which role gets the most benefit) > Activity (who will be available to use it) > Roll

Decay

15% applied after the last official 40man raid of the week (or before weekly reset).

Off-spec Discount

Item price is 25% (1/4) the full price.

EP Awards

Full time raid

  • 100 EP for on-time
  • 100 EP for not missing readycheck at half-time break
  • 100 EP for staying till end

Single Boss or short time raids

For example: Onyxia, Azuregos, Kazzak, Dragons of Nightmare. No half-time EP is awarded.

  • 100 EP on-time
  • 100 EP on kill

Progression bonus (Optional)

  • 100 EP extra at the end

Standby List (Optional)

  • 100 EP after afk check for standby at half-time.

Penalty (Optional)

  • -50 EP

40man raids with PuGs

  • EP Awards as normal for guild members.
  • Loot priority with /roll MainSpec (+1) > OffSpec
  • If winner is a guild member, GP added according to mainspec/offspec.

Comment
There should be no "free" loot for players in the EPGP system. If EP is assigned so should GP or that creates an incentive to avoid signing up and "sniping" low attendance raids.

Raid Tier Pricing

Adjustment of Item GP and EP awards happens in three phases.

Guild is only raiding Tier1

  • Tier1 Items on T1 modifier (normal)
  • EP awards are 100

Guild is clearing Tier1 and progressing in Tier2

  • Tier1 Items on T1 modifier (normal)
  • Tier2 Items on T1 modifier (expensive)
  • EP awards in Tier1 raids at 100
  • EP awards in Tier2 raids at 100
  • Progression bonus given for Tier2 raids

Guild has cleared Tier2

  • Tier1 Items on T2 modifier (cheap)
  • Tier2 Items on T2 modifier (normal)
  • EP awards in Tier1 raids at 50
  • EP awards in Tier2 raids at 100

Similarly when moving into higher raids.

Shootyepgp addon will take care of all the math automatically.
All that is needed is for the Loot Admin to switch the progression setting as the guild moves over time from one phase to the next.
