shootyepgp has different capabilities for the Guild Leader, Officers/Loot admins and members.

All the members functionality for bidding on items, seeing GP on item tooltips etc is also available to admins and guild leader and won't be repeated here.

All the settings to shootyepgp are accessible from the right-click menu.
Admins have access to a lot of different tablets assisting in admin tasks, in addition to the standings table with the EPGP points that members have access to.
Other tablets are accessed with left-combo-clicks and can be hidden with the same combo-click used to show them or with ESC.

Raid Leader (as long as they have a rank that allows editing officer notes) can assign EP to raid.
Example procedure for half-time break afk-check.

1. Assign the recommended EP to all the raid (including members that missed afk-check).
2. Go from +EPs to Member menu, find the members that failed the afk-check and -XX the EP you gave before.

Admin can apply the periodic Decay to everyone in the guild from this menu.
Attention: Only one admin should perform this action per Decay cycle (for example weekly after last EPGP raid is done).

The current full listing of EPGP values can be exported to CSV from the Standings Tablet context menu accessible with right-click.
Additionally the Guild Leader only can also import a previous export. This is a destructive action as it will overwrite previous values. Guild Leader also has the option to Reset EPGP for everyone in the guild.

These tablets assist the RL / Masterlooter in distributing Loot according to the EPGP system.
Not all of them will be visible at the same time and some (logs, reserves, loot info) are only on demand.
The main tablet the masterlooter will be working with is the Bids Tablet (left-most picture).  

The workflow described assumes that the player distributing the Raid Loot is the MasterLooter and also an EPGP Admin, i.e. has sufficient guild rank to be able to edit officer notes and assign GP to members.
There are other options available with one player doing the loot distribution and another giving the points but this is by far the more streamlined.
 

1. Boss is killed and MasterLooter opens the LootFrame.
   At the item tooltip bottom will be hints for the special click combos that perform Bid Calls.

2. Alt+MiddleClick on the item in the LootFrame will post a Call for both mainspec and offspec Bids in the highest available channel (raid warning if assist or lead, raid if not).
   At the same time both the MasterLooter and members with the addon will get special links they can click to send in their Bid for MainSpec or OffSpec.

3. As soon as members start sending in their Bid whispers (by clicking the links if they have the addon or manually with /w if not) the Bids Tablet will popup where the MasterLooter can see MainSpec and OffSpec interest sorted by highest PR.

   • Click the green Countdown link on the tablet to start a 5->1 countdown.
   • Click the name of the winner to announce the winner and their points to the raid.
     See Tablets Reference above for an image of the Bids tablet.

4. MasterLoot the item to the winner using the masterloot loot menu.
   When an item that has a GP higher than 0 is received by a raid member a popup dialog will show that lets the MasterLooter assign GP on the fly

   • Clicking [Remind me Later] or simply pressing ESC will quickly hide the popup and send the item to the Loot Info Tablet with an Action of "Unassigned" so points can be awarded later.
   • Clicking [GP Actions] and selecting the appropriate action from the dropdown will
     • Assign the Item's GP full price to the receiver if it was an MS bid
     • Assign the Item's Offspec discounted GP price if it was an OS bid
     • Assign no points if the receiver is taking the item for disenchant or banking.

5. BoE raid drops assigned at a later time.
   When a BoE item is looted by the MasterLooter they will also get the GP Actions popup for themselves.
   Quickly hit ESC or click [Remind me Later] to hide it, this will send the item to the loot info tablet with an action of Unassigned.
   When it is time to give the item to a member later on during a break.

   • Combo-Click the BoE in the Bags to make the Bid Call.
   • After receiving the whispers with member Bids, click the top name in Bids tablet to annouce winner.
   • Trade the BoE to the winner.
   • The MasterLooter will get the GP Actions popup again for the item traded and can assign points from the dropdown.

After the raid is done, all loot is distributed and EP awarded.

• Shift-Click the shootyepgp icon to show the Loot Info Tablet. Right-click the tablet and select [Clear] to empty it.
  The Loot information is not automatically removed to prevent losing information if the Masterlooter disconnects or temporarily leaves the raid, so it has to be cleared manually.
• Ctrl-Shift-Click the shootyepgp icon to show the Logs Tablet. Right-click the tablet and select [Clear] to empty it.

Sometimes on private servers the order of events during loading of the game or promoting raid members to assist / masterloot are not working as expected.
In these situations shootyepgp might fail to properly initialize.
Run the /shooty restart command to attempt to correct this.
If the GP Actions popup doesn't show, points can still be assigned manually from shootyepgp icon > Right-Click > +GPs to Member and finding the member and typing in the item awarded GP price or offspec price.
Similarly if the Bids tablet fails to automatically show when receiving bids, use the click combination on the shootyepgp icon to manually show it.
