Process

Overview

The process of the Led Keychain manufacturing will require humans and 7 robots. The humans will be in charge of the reception and preparation of raw materials, as well as the transfer of the raw materials to the raw material warehouse. The remaining robots and cobots will be in charge of the manufacturing process, storage and retrieval of the Led Keychain.

A context diagram was made for a better understanding of the factory operations and the general process that are running simultaneously.

Robots Used

The robots used in the smart factory are the following:

1. OMRON robot
2. YUMI robot
3. BAXTER robot
4. DASH-GO B1
5. X-arm 6 robot
6. UR robot
7. KUKA robots.

All the robots above will be interconnected in an internet connection and can communicate with the network independently of human action.
