Vegeterian

    • Ingredients tofu peppers grenn pepper mushrooms Green Onion + Ginger + garlic (香辛料) 肉片 soy sauce
    • Steps
      1. stir fry 香辛料 until aroma coming out
      2. Add everything else in, stir fry
      3. 加适量水
      4. add soy sauce
  • 葱烧豆腐 -Stir-fried Tofu with Green Onions

    • Ingredients
      • 1 block of Firm TOFU
      • 1 block of Green Onions
      • Salt, Soysauce, Oyster sauce
      • garlic
      • honey
    • Steps
      • Stir Fry the tofu until golden
        • salt + tofu
      • The final Stir fry
        • oil + salt + garlic + honey until aroma comes out
        • Add a bit water + oyseter saunce
        • Add tofu in, stir fry for 30 s
        • Add green onions in, stir fry for 30 s

Non-Vegeterian

  • Chicken Wings

    • Ingredients:
      • 1 lb of chicken wings
      • Salt, soy sauce + white wine + vinegar
      • Green Onions
    • Marination: chicken wings + salt, overnight
    • Initial Fry: wings + green onions in pot until golden
    • Add Liquids: soy sauce + white wine + Vinegar
    • Boil for 20 min, flip every 5 min
  • Salmon Fried Rice

    • Fry Salmon + Green onion until medium rare
    • Make it Egg Fried Rice + Garlic Bean Curd Sauce
  • Salmon + Onion + Eggs

    • Bring to a boil and introduce potatoes. Return to a boil and pour in coconut milk. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and chicken are tender, 40 to 60 minutes. Garnish each dish with a sprig of fresh cilantro.
