    • Steps
      1. stir fry 香辛料 until aroma coming out
      2. Add everything else in, stir fry
      3. 加适量水
      4. add soy sauce
  • 葱烧豆腐 -Stir-fried Tofu with Green Onions

    • Ingredients
      • 1 block of Firm TOFU
      • 1 block of Green Onions
      • Salt, Soysauce, Oyster sauce
      • garlic
      • honey
    • Steps
      • Stir Fry the tofu until golden
        • salt + tofu
      • The final Stir fry
        • oil + salt + garlic + honey until aroma comes out
        • Add a bit water + oyseter saunce
        • Add tofu in, stir fry for 30 s
        • Add green onions in, stir fry for 30 s
  • Pan fry dumplings

    • spread oil on the pan, then add dumplings in
    • Pan fry for 2 min.
    • Add 1 cup of water, wait for another 2 min
    • Wait for 2.5 min, while flipping dumplings to the other side, then turn off the heat

    • Fry Salmon + Green onion until medium rare
    • Make it Egg Fried Rice + Garlic Bean Curd Sauce
  • Salmon + Onion + Eggs

    2. Cut tomatoes
    3. Cut Carrots
    4. Stir Fry sugar, then add beef. Then boil for 20min
