Team leaders have the task of coordinating the other members to help them organise and structure their work, they also have to keep track of the progress and resolve conflicts. As our team cycled between team leaders, every week had a different strategy implemented by the different team leaders of that week.

Rotating leaders allowed us all to experience the different nuances of working in a team-based environment such as communication and the manageability aspects in a team.
