To load the Widget follow this link: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/overlays/share/5d3898c5f7f25594207c03d8 You will need a Streamelements-Account to use and modify the widget.

It will then be copied into your "My Overlays" Area of Streamelements.

You can then rename the Overlay by clicking the pen-icon next to the name:
