Posts a comment on a clan event.

Rate limits

Posting is rate limited — 429 with an error body when posting too frequently.

success	boolean	Whether the request was successful. false when the comment is empty, the user is not logged in, or the account lacks Steam Guard.
error	string	The error message. Only when the comment could not be posted. e.g. To post this comment, your account must have Steam Guard enabled.
comments_html	string	HTML of the comments, re-rendered with the new comment. Only on success.
total_count	number	The total number of comments. Only on success.
pagesize	number	The page size. Only on success.
start	number	The starting offset. Only on success.
