GET /gid/:groupid/ajaxgetappvisibilityrounds

Returns the visibility rounds (launch and update) of an app, used by the community event editor to determine which visibility round an announcement belongs to, and requires Steamworks partner access to the app. Also accepts /ogg/:appid/ajaxgetappvisibilityrounds (the AppID form used by the event editor).
