GET /gid/:groupid/ajaxgetappbranches

Returns the depot branches (builds) of an app, used by the community event editor to associate a build with a partner event, and requires Steamworks partner access to the app. Also accepts /ogg/:appid/ajaxgetappbranches (the AppID form used by the event editor).
