Before you play you will need

The English Patch 1.1 by Krokodyl (Which you can get from Github or from romhacking.net)
After that you are able to boot up the BS-X Menu which kind of looks like a game and is called "The Town Whose Name Was Stolen".
You start directly in front of a red building. You don't have to walk around. Just enter the building and select "Load Stored Data", then load Treasure Conflix. Have fun!
Kuuzokudan no shuugeki - Attack of the Air Pirates (2) Finish Stage 1
You start out in the Hunter’s Office in Raizeltown. Your ship was heavily damaged and you are being sent to Melk’s Workshop to retrieve it and then go to Landos to meet your friend Loud. Melk will tell you to follow Aleph to your ship and he gives you a little introduction. When you enter the air space above Landos a certain infamous air pirate will attack you, so be ready for a fight!
Bouei heiki sakusen - Defense Weapon Operation (2) Finish Stage 2
When you reach Landos Loud will introduce you to Gilmore and you accept the Job of finding the Cloud Gate (Kumo no tobira). Talk to Loud again back in Raizeltown and he will tell you to acquire information about a hidden village. Talk to Bones in Fort Fatras. He will give you the information if you give him a Treasure Item. If you haven’t already you need to hunt treasure now. Give him the Ancient Coin or Black Coral Hairpin since they have the lowest Appraisal Values in the Hunter’s Office. When you approach the Hidden Village the ancient Defense Mechanism will activate, so be ready for a fight!
Kaitei - The Bottom of the Ocean (2) Finish Stage 3
Talk to the Elder in the Hidden Village to learn that the Cloud Gate was already stolen. Agree to bring it back to him and learn about the Divine Truth Cards. Talk to Loud again in Raizeltown and he will tell you he got some new information and you should go talk to Keane in Peppermint. He will tell you that the Cloud Gate was stolen but lost during delivery to the client and give you the rough location for 5000 Credits. Return to Loud in Raizeltown and he will tell you to find the Salvage Ship east of Peppermint. There you will find Aleph in the workshop. For 15k Credits he will make your ship suitable for underwater endeavors. While Aleph works on your ship go talk to Rag then return to Aleph. Now you can access 7 diving spots that are close to the Salvage Ship in the dark water. One in the North, one in the northeast, one in the east, two in the south, two in the northwest. One of the northwest diving spots contains the Cloud Gate. (Make sure to acquire the Gold Bracelet, Royal Crown, Divine Sword and Diamond Ring first or you will miss out on them) While playing the Echolocation Minigame make sure to head towards the target that appears twice in a row and is thereby steady or else you will reach a random Treasure Spot. When you find the Cloud Gate a plot twist will appear and attack you. Be ready for a fight!
Unkai - Sea of Clouds (2) Finish Stage 4
Talk to the Elder at the Hidden Village. He will tell you to go to the Cloud Temple and enter the Altar of the Conqueror. Before you can do that and old rival will appear. Be ready for a fight!
Anyway... Let's start over... (10) Finish Treasure Conflix
Now all that is left to do is finally enter the Altar of the Conqueror and be ready for the last boss fight. To be able to defeat him you have to destroy the floating rocks first which lowers his defenses.

Fish in Fort Fatras will give you this clue. Northwest of Kazusa Base on the island that is shaped like a dog, on the part that looks like it’s leg.
Pledge of Allegiance (1) Discover the Imperial Seal
Northeast of Kazusa Base by the coast.
Old Thieve's Stash (1) Discover the Gold Bars
Keane gives you the hint for this. West of Landos.
A gift to the Parent's Island (1) Discover the Ruby Ring
Silva gives you the hint for this. On an Island east of Raizeltown.
Inheritor of Sunlight (1) Discover the Sun Ring
You will find a "confusing map" which refers very abstractly to the outline of an island, which is south of Kazusa.
In the depths of the forest, where no one approaches (1) Discover the Cat's Eye
In a forest east of the Salvage Ship.
Despair In The Eyes (1) Discover the Evil God Statue
Naska gives you the hint for this. On the island looking like a face north of Fort Fatras. Near what looks like the eyes.
Hope In The Nose (2) Discover the Goddess Statue

In a shipwreck in the southern dive spot in the Doom Triangle.
Corona Aquaticus (1) Discover the Royal Crown
