This guide is intended to help players navigate important menus, settings, and other in-game text while working through the achievement set. Please note that "translations" are purely interpretive rather than strictly word-for-word, with the focus placed on conveying meaning and context as clearly as possible.

[1] Complete any activities you have booked for the current week and in turn advance the calendar by one week. You may only advance the calendar if the current week's slot is filled with an activity (including Rest).
[2] Select which activities you would like to complete over the course of the next few months. You can reselect how this looks should you change your mind with the exception of booked bouts; these appear to be final.
[3] Spend training points and decide which attributes you would like to focus on when completing training.
[4] Have a brief conversation with your trainer. Whilst I could be wrong, this just felt like RPG-esque filler and didn't seem to impact anything.
[5] Customise certain aspects of your fighter such as his special moves and entrance song.
[6] Save your custom fighter for use in other modes such as Exhibition Match.
[7] Retire your fighter from K-1 Legend mode.
[8] Save your progress and quit to the main menu.

[2] Not something you can manually set as it is effectively your rank and will change naturally based upon your record.
[3] Displays your current record in the format of # Bouts - # Wins - # Losses. A golden crown will appear beneath the record for ever World GP you have won.
[4] The figure to the left shows how much damage each part of the body currently has. Light blue (as shown) is the healthiest.
[5] You can spend and refund these as often as you like. Increasing your K-1 Points appears to have an effect on the total number of Training Points you have. A yellow bar shows points that can be spent, whilst a white bar shows spent points.
[b] Increased by winning competitive bouts. Higher profile bouts earn a higher number of points.
[c] Date is presented as Year - Month - Week.
[d] Earn experience in a discipline by sparring an opponent of that type via the schedule. Earning these points will allow you to unlock new special moves. From top to bottom: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Karate.
[e] Reduce fatigue by resting via the schedule.

[3] A competitive, but low profile bout that can be scheduled freely by yourself.
[a] Increase your fighting attributes such as Punch Power and Stamina etc. Occasionally will result in a "mini-game" where you freely attack a pad which your trainer is holding.
[b] Spar an opponent of your choice and earn experience points in a discipline to ultimately unlock more special moves.
[c] Reduce fatigue and damage to your body parts as seen on the Stats and Attributes overlay.
[e] These bouts can only be arranged by your Agent and winning these will progress you through the World GP.
